I was hired to create an identity for Korero, a new business developing smart tools to enable intelligent career conversations and promote wellbeing within the workplace.
The branding is the result of a 2-part research project which enabled the business to better understand their target market, key competitors and the message they wanted to communicate.
The logo’s main feature is a speech bubble which also draws influence from organisational structure diagrams. The shape is reflected again in the letter K as well as illustrations and patterns used throughout the brand output.
The project covered both Korero's current needs and those of the business further forward in their plan, such as how the branding would roll out across future products such as phone apps.
The branding is designed to feel more intelligent and mature than competitors, backing up their company mission statement: ‘intelligent career conversations’, confident, yet friendly and professional giving them an instant edge and feel of trust with their users.
